March 20, 2007 – Sylvena A. Dinzey, better known as "Sylvie," died at her residence on March 18. She was 66 years old.
She is survived by her husband, Kelvin A. Dinzey; sons: Clarence Isles, and Larry, Allen and Errol Dinzey; daughters: Leonis Dinzey-Boyce and Mahalia Dinzey. Other survivors include brother, Hugh Henry; sisters: Rita Guishard and Hildred Henry; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held from 8-9 a.m., on Monday, March 26, at Christ Church Methodist. A funeral service will follow at 9 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery in Smith Bay.
