The 10th Annual Kwanzaa Celebration sponsored by Sigma Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. will be held beginning at 6 p.m. on Dec. 26, at Frank Powell, Sr. Park in Cruz Bay, St. John The honorees this year are Donald Christopher Sr. with Oswin Sewer Sr. as the guest speaker.
