Sept. 7, 2005 – Veterans Affairs Director Justin Harrigan announces that counseling for veterans on St. Thomas will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Wednesday, Sept. 14, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Based Clinic in Buccaneer Mall.
On St. Croix the veterans counseling will be held on Thursday, Sept. 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday, Sept. 16, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Based Clinic located in the Baron Spot Mall.
According to a release from the VA, Julian De Jesus of the regional office in Puerto Rico will conduct the counseling and will answer questions on benefits, claims, pensions and compensations.
