People with Disabilities Political Forum

People with disabilities will have the opportunity to voice their concerns to political candidates about issues that affect them at the 2004 Voices That Count conference on St. Thomas, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 21-22, at the Holiday Inn Windward Passage Hotel. The forum is sponsored by the Virgin Islands University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at UVI, V.I. Association for Independent Living, V.I.
