May 30, 2004 – Zephaniah Scarborough also known as "Zephi" or "Brow," of Tutu died on May 26, 2004, at the age of 82, at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital.
He is survived by wife Christalia Akins-Scarborough; step children Adrian and Debra Akins; aunt Esther O'Flaherty, Nevis; special nieces Lorna Sewer -Johnson and Mavis Joseph, St. Kitts; sister-in-laws Lyra Sewer Callazo, Maude Sewer Amey , N.Y., Inger Sewer-Turpin, N.Y.; special friends Mighty Chalkdust, Jennifer Lang, and Doreen Buchanan.
