April 22, 2004 – The V.I. Carnival Committee announced two upcoming meetings in a release issued on Thursday:
– Booth owners are to meet at 10 a.m. Saturday in front of the stage in the Village.
– Parade marshals are to meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Carnival Committee offices.
