CARMELITA GEORGE HAS DIED AT THE AGE OF 102

Jan. 10, 2004 – Carmelita George died Dec. 31, 2003, at the age of 102, at her residence in Estate Nadir.
Viewings will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel and from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, preceding the funeral at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Western Cemetery No. 3.
She is survived by her sons, pastor William Industrious, Louis Industrious, and Johnston Industrious; daughters, Christophina Jackson, Viola Blyden, Adina Harrigan, Thelma Todman and Eldra Semper; daughters-in-law Pearla, Rubena and Eunice Industrious; sons-in-law, Harris Skelton, Donald Todman, George Vanholten Sr. and Auckland Semper Sr.; caretaker Deon Walters; 61 grandchildren; 147 great-grandchildren and 141 great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
