WEST END TO GET WATER CUT SATURDAY

Nov. 7, 2003 — Water service will be cut to some neighborhoods in the west end of St. Croix on Saturday morning.
The Water and Power Authority reported that crews will be replacing a faulty valve in the line between Mountain Storage Tank and Frederiksted.
All customers west of the tank will lose water pressure between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
St. George Village and Mount Pleasant West also will be waterless during those hours.
The repairs, WAPA said, will not interfere with any vehicular traffic.
