The 17th Annual Toast-To-The-Captain Road race will begin at 6 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9. the run starts and finishes near the Customs House in Christiansted, St. Croix and proceeds east along a looped course.
The event lonors Teddy Seymour, the first Black man to sail around the world solo.
