A CAROL SING-A-LONG WITH HARMONY DEM

The Harmony Dem singing group will alternately entertain listeners and invite them to join in "Carol Sing-A-Longs" from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Molly Malone's in Red Hook
Harmony Dem, a group formed back in 1989, consists of Fred and Polly Watts, Don Edwards, and "Grizz" Skeets. In addition to their voices, the group features "Grizz" on electric bass, Don on guitar, and Fred with the autoharp.
The sing along portion will feature carols and other Christmas songs, and they'll have word handouts.
While the audience rests their voices, Harmony Dem will present traditional music, including music of Jamaica, South Africa and the Appalachia.
