Alice M. Schmidt, 73, of Christiansted died Wednesday, July 4, in Brielle, N.J. She and her husband William were the proprietors of Bill's Watersports, Christiansted for 33 years.
She was born in West New York, N.J. and lived in Linden and then Brielle before moving to Christiansted 33 years ago.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William J. Schmidt; sons, Wayne and Larry; grandsons, Larry Jr. and Matthew; great-grandsons, Larry III, Patrick, and Gavin; brother, Edward Moeller, sisters, Florence Salute and Charlotte Licursi; along with many nieces and nephews.
All services and committal will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society, 801 Broad St., Shrewsbury,N.J. 07702.
