LAST CHANCE TO SEE 'CALIFORNIA SUITE'

"California Suite" will be performed at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 25 at the new, air-conditioned Pistarckle Theater at Tillett Garden.
"California Suite" one of Neil Simon's funniest plays will be on the bill at the Pistarckle Theater for several dates during the month of March.
Trudy Tucker, who directed Power Plays and other entertaining works at the Pistarckle Theater, returns along with Yashir Rashid, who was so great in the "Final Twist", along with Dena Benson and Randall Doty.
The play is broken up into four stories. "Visitors from Chicago" features two couples who are winding up a vacation they shouldn't have shared. "Visitor from London" is about a British star on her way to the Academy Awards ceremonies. She returns without an Oscar and a husband whose homosexuality will be no comfort. "Visitor from Philadelphia" concerns a wife who arrives unexpectedly at the hotel suite before her husband can get rid of the drunken hooker in his bed, and it wasn't his idea to have her there. "Visitor from New York" features a magazine writer from New York who is visited by her ex-husband with a dilemma–which parent should their daughter spend the next 6 months with? The dialogue runs fast, furious, and hilarious.
An added bonus for theater-goers is a 10 percent discount off a dinner at Polli's Restaurant when an admission ticket is shown on the day of the performance.
