TURNBULL IN WASHINGTON TO MEET WITH GOVERNORS

Gov. Charles W. Turnbull was en route to Washington, D.C., Thursday to attend the National Governors Conference from Saturday through Tuesday.
The winter meeting of governors is expected to focus on education and health care, among other topics, according to a Government House statement.
Turnbull will also meet with other Democratic governors of states and territories. Lt. Gov. Gerard Luz James II will serve as acting governor in his absence.
