Newly elected member of the Board of Elections Lawrence T. Boschulte will regularly travel to Washington, D.C., after being chosen a Congressional Fellow.
The fellowship program is part of the Leadership Development Academy in the nation's capital, and Boschulte will work with Rep. John Sweeny (R-N.Y.) on a number of issues.
The fellowship program is intended to provide senior agency managers insight into congressional operations.
Boschulte will be on leave without pay from his job with the Department of Property and Procurement while in Washington and will fly back to the V.I. for board meetings.
