BAHA'IS TO HOST TALK

The public is invited to a talk on "The meaning of life" at 7:30 p.m on Saturday April 22 at the National Baha'i Center in Contant.
The presenter will be Sharil Sealy of Barbados. Sealy was born in Barbados and grew up in Canada. After acquiring two degrees, including one in Education, and a brief stint teaching in Canada, she returned to Barbados and has been a secondary school teacher at St. Michadl's School for many years.
Over the past 17 years Sealy has taught several subjects including nutrition and family studies. Recently she received training at Nur University in Ecuador in the areas of moral leadership and moral education and has done several presentations on these topics.
Sealy is currently assisting youth in the planning of Baha'i Youth Congress in Santiago, Dominican Republic from July 27 -30.
Sealy is not alone in her belief that youth have important concerns about Caribbean and world issues. Additionally, youth have a special destiny and are an integral component in rescuing our communities and understanding the true meaning of life.
Sealy is married to Barbadian Errol Sealy and has two stepchildren.
The National Baha'i Center is located in Contant off Route 33 (Crown Mountain Rd) and just beyond the intersection of Crown Mountain and the road that leads to Upper John Dunko. Call 774-3648 or 776-2105 for directions and or transportation.
