VISITOR ROBBED IN SAVAN

A visitor to St. Thomas who was lost in the Savan area was robbed by a man with an automatic weapon.
A release Tuesday from Territorial Police Chief Jose Garcia said the visitor was "seeking direction" at 3 p.m. Monday when a man with an automatic weapon "relieved him of $900 and his credit card."
No one could be reached at the chief's office for further details on the crime.
The release did not say if the victim was injured.
