HERE'S WAPA'S TIMETABLE FOR POWER RESTORATION

The Water And Power Authority announced on Monday, Nov. 22, that virtually all power had been restored on St. Croix's Feeder No. 1 and issued a timetable that calls for full restoration on the island to take until Dec. 15.
On Feeder No. 1, restoration was complete for Water Gut, Lower Richmond, Ralph de Chabert and LBJ Public Housing and Hotel on the Cay. It was 99 percent complete for Christiansted and 95 percent complete for Richmond.
On Feeder No. 2, restoration was complete for the Port Terminal, Gallows Bay, Charles Harwood Complex, Altona, Boetzberg, Tide Village and Lowry Hill; 99 percent for Mount Welcome and Marionhoj; 98 percent for St. Peter's; 90 percent for Western Suburb; 65 percent for Upper Richmond; 50 percent for Aldersville and West Richmond; 48 percent for Mount Welcome; 20 percent for Farm Hill and 2 percent for Contentment, Mount Pleasant and Southgate.
No power had been restored at WSTX, Recovery Hill, Shoy, Green Cay, Coakley Bay, Solitude, Cotton Valley, Teague Bay, Slob, Long Point, Grapetree Bay, Turner Hole, Cotton Grove, Great Pond, Mount Washington, Tipperary, Seven Hills or All for the Better.
On Feeder No. 3, restoration was complete for Island Center, Tamarind Estate, Sion Farm, JFK Public Housing, Rattan (Feeder No. 4), Juan Luis Hospital, West Plaza Shopping Center, West United Shopping Center and Golden Rock Shopping Center.
It was 98 percent restored for Questa Verde, 95 percent for Humbug and Tan Tan Terrace; 90 percent for Constitution Hill (section of feeder); 80 percent for Cane Garden, Work and Rest, Rosegate and Sion Hill (section of feeder); 75 percent for Peter's Rest; 55 percent for Castle Coakley; 50 percent for Queen's Quarter, Long Pond, Granard and Catherine's Rest; 45 percent for Mary's Fancy; 25 percent for Ruby and Orange Grove; and 10 percent for Grange and Anna's Hope. No power had been restored at Bugby Hole, Castle Nugent, Fig Tree or South Mount Washington.
On Feeder No. 4, restoration was complete to Sion Hll (section of feeder), Sunny Isle, WSVI-TV, JFK Public Housing (section of feeder), Barren Spot, Lower Sion Farm, Juan Luis Hospital, Pueblo Golden Rock and Peppertree Terrace.
It was 98 percent restored for Rattan Road; 95 percent for Strawberry, Ginger Thomas, Sion Hill (section of feeder) and Little Princess Hill; 93 percent for Estate Rattan; 85 percent for Miracle Mile; 80 percent for Barren Spot; 50 percent for West Mary's Fancy and Barren Spot Ridge; 45 percent for Ruby; and 10 percent for Diamond.
On Feeder No. 6, restoration was complete to Sugar Beach, Colony Cove, Mill Harbor, Harbor View, St. C. Condos, Alfredo Andrews, Belvedere, Betsy's Jewel, Scenic West, Cane Bay and North Star.
It was 95 percent restored to La Vallee and Rust Op Twist; 80 percent to Aureo Diaz Public Housing; 75 percent to La Grande Princesse; 60 percent to Little Fountain; 50 percent to Mon Bijou; 35 percent to Barron Spot (West); 25 percent to Golden Rock, St. John, Dolby Hill and Frangipani; 20 percent to Concordia East; 15 percent to Judith's Fancy; and 10 percent to Morning Star and Glynn.
No power had been restored to Nicasio Nico, Gentle Winds, Baron Castle, Bonne Esperance, La Reine, Fredensborg Public Housing, Old Bethlehem, Salt River, Clairmont, Scenic East and Canaan.
On Feeder No. 9, restoration was complete to Cane, Yellow Cedar, the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, University of the Virgin Islands, Golden Grove, Profit, Container Port, Blessing, Sion Farm and United Shopping Plaza.
It was 99 percent restored to Paradise Mills and New Works; 98 percent to Diamond; 95 percent to St. Georges and the Industrial Park; 85 percent to Upper and Lower Mount Pleasant and Adventure Hill; 80 percent to Hogensborg, Beeston Hill and Anna's Hope; 70 percent to Carlton, Kingshill, Upper and Lower Clifton Hill; 50 percent to Constitution Hill; 45 percent to Peter's Rest Commercial Com.; 35 percent to William's Delight; 25 percent to Castle Coakley;
No power had been restored to Mountain, Cane Carlton, Enfield Green, the Navy Tracking Station and Castle Burke.
On Feeder No. 10, restoration was complete to Upper and Lower Love, Annaly Farms, Plessen, Lagoon Project and Mars Hill.
It was 99 percent restored to Lorraine Village; 95 percent to Coble, Cane Break and Good Hope Villas; 80 percent to Harrigan Court and Campo Rico; 70 percent to Frederiksted; 50 percent to Calquohoun, Carambola and Grove Place; 30 percent to Little LaGrange and LaGrange; 25 percent to Mahogany Road and Whim.
No power had been restored to Jealousy, River, Hard Labor Road, Mutual Homes, Orange Grove West, Mount Pellier, Two Friends, Marley Public Housing, Two Brothers, Smithfield, Hannah's Rest, Safaralli Project, White Bay, White Lady, Stoney Ground, Concordia, Two Williams, Wheel of Fortune, Frederickhaabs, Carlton, Prosperity, Estate William, Sprat Hall, Prospect Hill, Northside, Hamm's Bay, Hamm's Bluff, North Hall, Spring Garden, Oxford, Caledonia, Rose Hill, Pleasant Valley and Annaly Road.
