MONARCH TO RETURN

The Royal Caribbean International's "Monarch of the Seas" will make its first stop in St. Thomas since December on March 15.
The Monarch will arrive from San Juan at 8 a.m. and depart at 5:30 p.m. on March 15. When she leaves here she'll be heading for Port-de- France, Martinique.
Edward Thomas, president and CEO of The West Indian Co. Ltd. said WICO will be glad to have her back.
