KEITH RICHARDS HEADS CAPITAL PROJECTS OFFICE

Keith Richards, president of the Environmental Association of St. Thomas-St. John, is the new capital improvements coordinator for the Turnbull administration.
Richards was chief of staff for Sen. Allie-Allison Petrus. He started his new job Tuesday, the Independent reported.
Richards will be liaison between Government House and agencies involved in major capital improvements, such as rebuilding the public schools destroyed by Hurricane Marilyn.
