Walgreens to Hold Grand Re-Opening of St. Thomas Store

Walgreens will host the Grand Re-Opening of its St. Thomas store that had sustained substantial damage during hurricanes Irma and Maria. The store will open at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 26. It is located at 4030 Annaโ€™s Retreat at the northwest corner of Weymouth Rhymer Highway and Turpentine Run.

โ€œSince opening our St Thomas store in 2013, weโ€™ve had a strong commitment to serving the islandโ€™s health care needs, which have never been greater than they are now,โ€ said Nivia Santiago, Walgreens regional vice president for Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands.

โ€œToday, our employees are working tirelessly to provide medicines and everyday needs to our patients and customers during this critical time,โ€ said Santiago.
