According to the VIPD, 21-year-old Shane Forbes and 23-year-old Elroy Brown III were taken into custody for their alleged roles in the Oct. 6 shooting incident. Both men face multiple felony charges, including illegal possession of a firearm, using a firearm during a crime of violence, and reckless endangerment.
