St. Croix Records Bureau Closure during St. Thomas Carnival

Due to the closure of the St. Thomas Records Bureau for the carnival festivities, the St. Croix Records Bureau will not be conducting criminal background checks until Monday, May 5, reported the Virgin Islands Police Department.

The Firearms and Records Bureau on St. Croix will continue its normal hours for fingerprinting and obtaining police reports, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and will be closed on Friday, May 2. Normal hours of operation will resume on Monday, May 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
