The St. Croix Board of REALTORS hosts its annual housing fair on April 5 at the DC Canegata Recreation Center.
The St. Croix Board of REALTORS is hosting the 2025 Fair Housing Expo, a community event dedicated to promoting equal housing opportunities and empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources to achieve successful homeownership. The event will take place on Saturday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at DC Canegata Recreation Center and is free to the public.
The Fair Housing Expo is a housing fair that will feature engaging speakers, informative exhibitors, and exciting giveaways — all designed to highlight how homeownership can positively impact futures and how individuals can maximize their investments. The expo will provide essential information and resources for first-time homebuyers, renters, current homeowners, and real estate professionals. Attendees will have access to expert guidance on housing rights, financing options, and strategies for successful homeownership.
