The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority informs the public of a scheduled island-wide electrical outage on St. John on Sunday, Feb. 2, from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
This temporary outage is necessary to facilitate testing and preventative maintenance on the submarine cable connecting St. Thomas and St. John. This work is part of WAPA’s ongoing efforts to enhance system reliability and prevent future disruptions.
