Electrical Interruption for Feeders 3A and 4A Customers

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority would like to inform our customers on Feeder 3A and 4A of a planned electrical service interruption starting tomorrow morning, Nov. 23 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
This service interruption is expected to last approximately one hour and is necessary to allow the reconfiguration of Feeder 3A and Feeder 4A to accommodate the Petronella Solar Farm PV connection. The PV connection ensures that the electricity generated by the solar farm can be safely and efficiently delivered to the grid for distribution to homes and businesses in the area.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to integrate renewable energy solutions to enhance our grid reliability and sustainability.
Keeping our community informed is our top priority.
