The State Office of Special Education wants to know what you have been doing since leaving high school in the 2022-2023 school year.
Are you currently enrolled in higher education?
Are you enrolled in some other post-secondary education (i.e., training program/vocational school)?
Are you working?
Are you enlisted in any branch of the military?
This post-school survey aims to collect confidential data on the post-school outcomes of all youth within one year of exiting special education programs throughout the territory. The data collected will be used to aid the territory in enhancing transition services and program objectives to help actualize positive post-secondary outcomes.
