Three Carnival Cruise Ships At WICO At Once

A line up of 3 stately Carnival Cruise ships arrived at the West Indian Company Dock on Thursday, Nov. 7.
The Carnival Magic with 3,690 guests, the Carnival Pride with 2,102 guests, and the Carnival Celebration with 5,282 guests arrived on a sunny day in St. Thomas to enjoy all that the island has to offer.
At the recent FCCA Cruise Conference and Tradeshow in St. Maarten, a representative
from Carnival Cruise Lines participated as a featured panelist on the ‘The Total Guest Experience’ workshop with other cruise industry leaders discussing how destinations can enhance the passengers’ experience.
The panel explored how destinations and tourism partners can upgrade their products and adapt to the evolving dynamics of cruise travel.
The West Indian Company Limited was represented at the conference by Anthony Ottley, interim president and CEO; Charlene Turnbull, CFO; Mark Sabino, director of cruise and marine services; and Board Members Jason Charles, Chair; Hugo Hodge, Finance Chair; and Vincent Richards, Development Chair.
Mr. Ottley applauded the opportunity to network personally with fellow leaders of the cruise industry.
“WICO is actively involved in enriching customer experiences with our cruise partners in an effort to increase ship calls and passenger enjoyment of our islands.”
