On Friday members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau placed 19-year-old Luis A. Noel under arrest for grand larceny, reported the V.I. Police Department.
On May 1, the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of grand larceny at Cost U Less. Upon the arrival of the investigator assigned to this matter, it was disclosed that Noel and his co-conspirators entered Cost U Less and stole merchandise worth over $500, according to the police report.
Noel’s bail was set at $20,000. He was booked, and unable to post bail, was remanded to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his advice of rights hearing set for Monday.
