The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the Celebration Service honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Sandra O. Harrigan of Jonesboro, Ga., formerly of St. Croix that will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, March 15, at the Friedensberg Moravian Church in Frederiksted, Interment will be at the Kingshill Cementary, Kingshill, St. Croix, USVI.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, March 16, at the Assembly of God Church in Estate Content on St. Thomas.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Ronald E. Harrigan Sr.; sons: Ronald Harrigan Jr., Richard (Tami) Harrigan and Renan (Ja’Nel) Harrigan; grandchildren: Malik Shabazz, Chase Harrigan, Royce Harrigan, Riona Harrigan, Sanai Harrigan and Jayla Harrigan; brothers: Ivan (Lynette) Oliver Jr., Theodore Oliver Sr., Carl Williams Jr., and Basil Williams Sr.; sister: Paulette (Rudy) Oliver-O’Reilly; sisters-in-law: Sonia (Alvin) Dalmida, Dasil Williams and Janis F. Williams; and brothers-in-law: Aubrey Harrigan, Lorne Harrigan and Wade Harrigan.
She is also survived by uncles: Lionel (Sharon) Oliver, Alexander (Dale) Oliver, Lloyd Springer, Wilfred (Yvonne) Springer and Alexander Springer; aunts: Eleanor Springer and Roselyn Springer; nieces: Kimberly Oliver, Michelle Oliver, Laurise Oliver, Arianne Oliver, Contessa Oliver, Natasha Oliver, Desiree Gardine, Resa O’Reilly-Shearn, Brittany Oliver-Orr, Mecca Oliver-King, Rema O’Reilly-Edwards, Dwan and Neema Williams; nephews: Basil Williams Jr., Shaleem Williams, Rudy O’Reilly Jr., Randy O’Reilly, Brian Oliver, Theodore Oliver Jr. and Zaleem Oliver.
