Help Crime Stoppers Solve Homicides

Crime Stoppers USVI needs help and tips from the community to solve this homicide. All tips are anonymous.

David “Donut” Payne Jr. was a 30-year-old father of four beautiful children. He was a son, a husband, and a brother. He was an elementary school teacher at the Ulla Muller Elementary School, where he touched many young lives. On Sept. 7, 2012, at approximately 10 p.m., Payne was shot multiple times about the body outside of his Anna’s Retreat residence on St. Thomas.

VIPD urges anyone with information relative to this case to help bring Payne’s assailants to justice to share what you know about this crime.
