The Virgin Islands Track and Field Federation congratulates Michelle Smith on winning a silver medal in the 400m hurdles in the Pan American U20 Championships. Smith finished 2nd in a time of 57.99, closing off her long successful 2023 season.
After the closing of the Pan American Championships, Michelle Smith will return to Montverde Academy to start her senior year.
