Community Gathers to Honor Brothers Dale Garee and Ronnie Lockhart

A poignant celebration of life took place at St. Peter and Paul’s Cathedral in the Virgin Islands on a scorching Thursday morning. People from diverse communities across the Virgin Islands gathered in the solemn embrace of the church, united not in mourning but in remembrance of the profound impact that Dale St. Clair Garee and Ronald Sydney Lockhart had on their beloved community.
