DLCA St. Thomas Office Relocates Temporarily

Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs

The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) advises the public that the DLCA office located at the Property and Procurement Building, 8201 Sub Base, Suite 1, St. Thomas, remains closed due to environmental issues. However, the cashier and one licensing officer have been relocated to the Department of Finance Executive Offices at 2314 Kronsprindsens Gade, St. Thomas, for persons to make payments and receive assistance with their licensing needs.

The cashier and licensing officer are both available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For all other business, persons may contact the St. Croix office at 713-3522 or the St. John office at 727-3303 to obtain assistance. People may also use the online website to apply for a new/renewal business license or file a consumer complaint at www.dlca.vi.gov.
