St. Thomas Taxicab Commission Closes on March 21 Due to Environmental Concerns Until Further Notice.

Chairperson Loretta Lloyd informs the public that due to environmental concerns at the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission (VITCC), the St. Thomas Office, located at Property and Procurement Building, 8201 Sub Base, Suite 1, was temporarily closed on Tuesday, March 21. Until these environmental concerns have been safely addressed, the office will remain closed.

The Taxicab Commission will work as expeditiously as it can to resolve the issues and reopen to the public. Please contact Chairperson Lloyd for any questions or concerns at 642-2502 or Secretary George on St. John at 473-8509.  External customers may contact the St. Croix Office at 773-1561 ext. 5235.
