In response to concerns regarding the March 1st deadline for Homestead tax credits, Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach Esq. informs property owners that if they previously received a Homestead tax credit, they do not need to submit a new application unless there has been a change regarding their place of residence or ownership status.

Homestead tax credits will continue to be applied toward their property tax bill based on their qualifying application on file.
