DLCA St. Thomas Experiencing Service Interruptions

Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs

The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) informs the public and business community that the DLCA office located at Property and Procurement Building, 8201 Sub Base, Suite 1, St. Thomas, is experiencing internet and telephone service interruptions.

DLCA is currently working to rectify the issue and will notify the public when the situation is resolved.

The management and staff of DLCA apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. The St. Croix and St. John offices will continue to operate doing its normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached at 713-3522 on St. Croix and 693-8036 on St. John. External customers may also use the online website to apply for a new/renewal business license or file a consumer complaint at www.dlca.vi.gov
