Surveillance Camera Leads to Arrest of a 70-year-Old Man

On Thursday, May 12, 2022, the Criminal Investigation Bureau was able to apprehend 70-year-old Julian “Mouleek” Testamark for entering someone’s vehicle without permission and removing a bag containing money, an iPad, and other items valued at over $500 because of footage from a surveillance camera. He was arrested and charged with grand larceny.

According to the VIPD, Testamark stated that he does not remember what happened because he was drunk and high at the time. Testamark was viewed on surveillance entering the vehicle and removing the items listed above.

Testamark was unable to post $20,000 bail and was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending advice of rights hearing.
