Police arrested 25-year-old Kimanie B. King, Sr. of Estate Lerkenlund, around 1 p.m. Thursday, charging him with simple assault and battery, domestic violence and disturbing the peace, according to the V.I. Police Department.
King is accused of assaulting his girlfriend causing several bruises. He was released after paying $500 bail imposed by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, pending his advice of rights hearing.
