The V.I. Police Department on Wednesday arrested 22-year-old Kobi Todman of Estate Sion Farm on St. Croix pursuant to an arrest warrant charging him with unlawful possession of ammunition.
According to the VIPD, Todman was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred on Benny Benjamin Drive on May 2, at which a passenger in his vehicle sustained gunshot wounds. A search warrant was executed on Todman’s vehicle, where several spent shell casings, live ammunition, and magazines were confiscated, police said.
Bail for Todman was set at $50,000. Unable to post bail, he was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing.
