On Thursday, Aug. 13, FirstBank announced the reopening of its Waterfront branch on St. Thomas. The branch was closed as a preventive measure after one of its employees tested positive for COVID-19.
As part of the contingency process, the protocol established for such cases was activated immediately, which included closing the facility in order to carry out the specialized cleaning of all areas and sending all employees to be tested.
The Waterfront branch is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
