Missing St. Croix Man Located

Family members of a missing St Croix man reported finding him Tuesday, the V.I. Police Department reported.

According to police, Johnathan Moolenaar, age 28, had been reported missing on or about June 6. Family said Moolenaar had a mental condition which had caused them concern.

Tuesday, a family member who had been taking part in a private search party located the missing man, who was transported to the Juan F. Luis Hospital for a physical examination.

The police report did not mention the circumstances or location in which the man was found.

In its statement, the VIPD thanked the community for the assistance in locating Moolenaar.
