Corporal punishment is government sanctioned child abuse- I am absolutely shocked and appalled that a supermajority of our elected officials could and would support this.
Hold on, this failed not once, but TWICE?! I hope all VI tax payers are satisfied that they are paying for people to abuse children in our schools...
