Charles E. Caines died on Feb. 19, at the age of 69 at his residence. He was born on July 25, 1949, on the island of St. Kitts.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Caines; mother, Elaine Garnette; and sons: Kenrique Caines and Roy Caines.
He is survived by his spouse, Lucretia Paul; siblings: Inez Blanchard and Frederick Caines; children: Kevin Caines, Curtly Caines, Stacy Nias, Tamika Caines, Tychelle Caines, Natasha Caines, Tishelle Caines and Hugh Newton; grandchildren: Camarly Caines, Curaiah Caines, Caylee Caines, Shawanda Abbott, Sheluanda Abbott and Jokeem Abbott; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The viewing will be at 9 a.m., Thursday, March 7, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home with the service following at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 3.
