The Virgin Islands Police Department is asking the community to help locate Clifford Leroy Clarke, an elderly black man who has been missing since May 26.
Clarke is a resident of the Lucinda Millin Home and was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s four to five years ago. When last seen he was wearing a green polo shirt, brown pants, black shoes and a navy baseball cap. He is often seen walking in the area of Waterfront, or sitting in the area of the Alexander Farrelly Justice Complex.
Anyone with knowledge of Clarke’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Major Crimes Unit at 340-715-5542 or 340-714-9804, or call the 911 emergency call center.
A photo of Mr. Clarke would be helpful. It might be a good idea to have everyone photographed, who is diagnosed with something that might cause them to wander off. I pray he’s fune.
