Judith Octavia Milligan died on Sunday, Jan. 5.
She is survived by her children: Alvin M. A. Milligan and Miriam E. C. Milligan; grandchildren:
Shania, Aleeyah and Amadeo Milligan, and Mah’keira Hendrickson; brothers: Henry A. Milligan Sr. and Granville A. Milligan Jr.; sisters: Marcia, Germaine, Marjorie and Florette Milligan; adopted sisters: Patricia Smith-Hicks, Sheila Gotha, Gloria Garvey, Christine White, Sherri Henigan and Beryl Sergent; 42 nieces and nephews; uncle, Allen Mulligan; aunts: Ione C. Milligan, Leona M. Garvey, Idalia P. Richards, Laurelleen E. Knight, Justina E. Rawlins,
Clementina Knight, Eleanor and Ethel-May Mulligan, and Margaret Edwards; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 10, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.
