Calieb Webster of St. Thomas was charged Thursday in federal court with production of child pornography and second degree rape of a person at least 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age, according to court documents.
Both charges stem from events that allegedly occurred around Aug. 25.
The felony information filed with the court contains only a bare exposition of the criminal charges and does not elaborate on the specific events that lead to the arrest.
