Cassandra Matthew, better known as “Cassie,” died May 28, on St. John. She was 57 years old. Cassandra was born on Nov. 10, 1954. She was employed as a customer service representative for Cigna Health Care.
She is survived by her mother, Doris Lee of Portsmouth, Dominica; son, Benoni Matthew; daughter, Nadine Matthew; brothers: Bernard Clarence, Junior Morgan and Larry Lee; sisters: Patricia Rahim and Ophelia Lee; 5 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A gathering of friends and relatives will be held at the John Thomas Memorial Chapel 3019 Contant St. Thomas, from 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday, June 3.
