Seven Month Whim Water Line Rehabilitation Project to Commences

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is advising its St. Croix customers that the authority’s contractor, Virgin Islands Paving Inc., will begin installation of approximately 15,870 linear feet of new 6-inch C-900 PVC in Estate Whim. Work is scheduled to begin from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, April 2, and is expected to be completed within seven months.
To ensure the safety of the crews, pedestrians and other motorists in the area, motorists are asked to drive cautiously and follow traffic directions.
