Omar Brown, 52, of St. Thomas was arrested about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday following a Feb. 1 dispute over a residential parking space in Estate Dorothea.
According to a Police Department press release, the male victim identified Brown as the man who allegedly hit him in the head with a firearm.
Brown was charged with third-degree assault. He posted the $25,000 bail.
