WAPA Reminds Customers to Bring Bills When Making Payments

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reminds customers to always bring their monthly bills when making payments at business offices on all three islands. Customers presenting bills with payment will ensure that accounts are accurately credited, will have a shorter wait on one line instead of two, and will assist cashiers in moving long lines quickly.
Payments can be made conveniently at www.viwapa.vi.
To obtain an account password, click on the "Pay Your Bill Online" tab on WAPA’s Web site and send an e-mail request. Online customers can see their billing statement, track monthly usage and other account information, and they will be easily enrolled in "e-Billing," to be available soon to WAPA’s account holders.
Payments are also accepted at most local banks, by check or money order into the drop boxes at WAPA business offices, or via the postal service.
Note: WAPA’s business offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 16, in observation of Martin Luther King Day. Offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will reopen on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. and at 8 a.m. on St. John.
